How To Make A Referral

During this challenging time, our ability to accept referrals is continuing and our referral line is operating to its normal schedule.


We are able to take referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To make a referral, please choose one of the following options:

For Children’s Residential Services:

  1. To make a referral contact 0808 164 4450 or [email protected]
  2. Assessment arranged and undertaken via our management team within 2 working days
  3. Feedback provided on whether our service can meet the service user’s needs within 2 working days
  4. Assessment pack formulated including care plans and funding information within 3 working days
  5. Admission agreed and plans for transition arranged with referring team following confirmation of
    acceptance of placement
