Cygnet Sherwood Lodge was awarded a fantastic ‘Outstanding’ across all five Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) – Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led. This feat was also achieved last year by Cygnet Elms. They are the only two services of their type in the whole country to achieve this.

Cygnet Cedars in Birmingham is a 24 bed high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities and other complex needs. Cygnet Cedars was awarded ‘Outstanding’ in the Effective and Responsive domains in June 2016.

Cygnet Elms in Birmingham is a 10 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities and other complex needs. Cygnet Elms achieved ‘Outstanding’ in all five Key Lines of Enquiry in June 2018.

Cygnet Sherwood Lodge in Mansfield is a 26 bed specialist high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities and other complex needs. Cygnet Sherwood Lodge achieved ‘Outstanding’ in all five Key Lines of Enquiry in April 2019. It was the second inspection in a row that Cygnet Lodge Sherwood achieved an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating.

Elston House in Nottinghamshire is an 8 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. Elston House was rated ‘Outstanding’ in the Responsive and Well-Led domains in July 2018.

Cygnet Wast Hills in Kings Norton, Birmingham provides assessment and treatment for people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Wast Hills was rated Outstanding in Effective, Caring and Well-Led in July 2018. It was the second time in two years the service has received this top rating.

In addition to the five above overall ‘Outstanding’ rated services Cygnet Manor also recently achieved an ‘Outstanding’ in the Caring category as part of their overall ‘Good’ rating. Cygnet Manor in Nottinghamshire is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
