26th November 2019 ‘Outstanding’ Cygnet Wast Hills receives positive CQC inspection report We are delighted to announce that the Cygnet Wast Hills service in Kings Norton, Birmingham, has received a positive report by care regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC), after being rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Commission.
2nd May 2019 Cygnet Sherwood Lodge awarded Outstanding in all five CQC KLOEs We are delighted to announce that, following a CQC inspection on 11th and 12th March 2019, Cygnet Sherwood Lodge have been awarded Outstanding in all five Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) – Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.

They are all support workers at Cygnet Wast Hills, our specialist autism complex care service in Kings Norton, who each wanted to raise awareness of the fantastic career they have.
30th April 2019 Education Project celebrates new Sensory Room Our Education Project at Oxley Woodhouse recently held a celebration for the official opening of their sensory room. Staff and residents gathered for a small party and a ribbon cutting ceremony which was performed by one of the residents at Oxley Woodhouse.
