We are pleased to announce that the recently launched Cygnet Health Care dedicated Referral Line can now assist with referrals for CAMHS placements as well as Adult PICU and Acute services.
Cygnet offer a range of specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) focused on supporting young people, male and female, aged between 12 and 18 in Tier 4 Acute, Psychiatric Intensive Care and low secure environments.
The Referral Line was originally launched in May 2017 in response to customer feedback in order to help streamline referrals to our emergency admission services. Our standard is to respond to all emergency referrals within one hour.
The line is open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9am-5pm.
