Cygnet Pindar House rated ‘Good’ following first CQC inspection

  • Staff involved service users in care planning and risk assessment and actively sought their feedback on the quality of care provided.

Jackie Ewington, Hospital Manager, said, “I am extremely proud that we achieved a Good rating in our first CQC inspection. I would like to thank the team for their hard work, dedication and support in delivering consistently high standards of care, for embedding the Neuropsychiatry Model of Care and displaying Cygnet’s Values by putting our service users’ needs and wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.”

Well done to Jackie and all the team at Cygnet Pindar House.
