We’re delighted to welcome John Hall to Cygnet as the Regional Nurse Director for the Midlands. John is a senior nurse leader with over 30 years experience in the health sector.
We are pleased to welcome Philip Winterbottom as Cygnet’s new Head of Safeguarding. We’re also very excited to announce that the central safeguarding team will be expanding and we are recruiting a second Named Professional for Safeguarding (Adults and Children) alongside a Safeguarding Administrator to support the team.
We are delighted to announce two new members of our Executive Management Team. Pam Wenger joins as Board Secretary and Samantha Dunlop as Director of Risk Management. Both bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields that will further strengthen Cygnet’s leadership.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Fiona Kennedy as Cygnet’s first Group Social Work Lead. In addition to providing leadership to our social work teams Fiona will also be promoting best practice and innovation across our services.
