Staff at Cygnet Views, a care service for women in Derbyshire, are fundraising for a local charity which supports children with learning disabilities after finding out how much the charity helped the son of two co-workers who has Down Syndrome.

On Tuesday 27th February, we held a virtual event to launch Cygnet’s Co-production Strategy 2024-2027. Key stakeholders, including service users and Experts by Experience, joined a panel of speakers from across the country to explore the role of co-production at Cygnet and to find out more about our plans for the future.
In 2021 the Cygnet Quality Improvement team were established and the 3 year Cygnet QI launch strategy created. As we enter the next chapter of QI within the organisation we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the highlights and achievements since our launch strategy began.
