Cygnet Hospital Beckton is proud to announce that it has achieved the Investors in People Bronze award. The award follows two days of assessments and staff interviews on the 3rd and 4th March 2015. Staff celebrated the Bronze award with a tea party.
The assessor said she had no hesitation providing Cygnet Hospital Beckton with the Bronze award. The positive feedback from staff in relation to investment in staff training, the hospital environment, leadership from senior manager and staff empowerment was overwhelming.
Areas where improvements can be made were identified and plans are being made with staff and staff representatives to make the improvements to achieve the Silver award in the next 12 months.
