We are delighted to announce that Cygnet Health Care has completed the acquisition of Alpha Hospitals. The acquisition brings 305 additional beds at the Alpha Hospitals in Bury, Sheffield, and Woking into the Cygnet family.
These facilities provide significant child and adolescent services, low and medium secure services as well as various specialist services, including a highly specialised service for deaf service users with a mental illness.
