Andrew has over 10 years’ experience working in mental health, learning disability and challenging behaviour services.

Andrew has spent the last 7 years of his career in a management role, he has a passion for coaching and mentoring staff to further their professional development.

Jane Sambi - Deputy Manager

Jane has worked in the care industry for over 20 years and has experience with Dementia, Challenging Behaviour and Learning Disabilities. Jane was in post of Deputy Manager at Lowry House before moving over to Woodrow House.

Jane has a passion for person centred care and promoting this within the services she manages.
