Sheffield Day Services

Spa Lane, Woodhouse, Sheffield, S13 7PG

Sheffield Day Services is a specialist day service for adults with learning disabilities.

The service is led by four key disciplines: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and nursing. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to develop a clear and focused activity plan that works towards maximising an individual’s potential and gaining the inputs as needed from the on-site clinical team.

The facility utilises state of the art equipment designed to optimise sensory experience and heighten relaxation. There is a spacious sensory room, soft zone and arts and crafts area. A generously proportioned hydrotherapy room is used as part of individualised programmes which are designed to maximise physical benefits.

Our facilities are arranged around a central covered courtyard where individuals can meet, socialise and share meals.

There is dedicated transport which is available to and from home as well as regular trips out and about in the community.
