Sophie Clements - Unit Manager

Sophie started her career at Gables as a support worker back in 2002. She attended lots of training courses to achieve experience and qualifiacations before eventually working her way up to Team Leader and the Deputy Manager. Now having worked at Gables for over 18 years she is the Registered Manager.

Bhoj Limbu - Deputy Home Manager

Bhoj has worked for Cygnet since 2019, He started his career as a bank Healthcare support worker before transferring over to social care. He also has experience in Children and Adult Mental Health services. Bhoj joined the Gables team in 2016 and has been promoted to Team Leader before achieving his current post as Deputy Manager.

Olayemi Ikuesan - Team Leader

Olayemi has worked for Cygnet since 2002. Her primary focus is caring for those with learning difficulties and autism. She enjoys working with the residents, making a difference in their lives and seeing them be themselves. Olayemi find great pleasure in working at Gables, as the relationships have developed she feels like they are a family.

Gables, our residential service in Colchester, received a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny who delivered Easter eggs and played games in the garden with the residents. All residents and staff had a fantastic day!

When lockdown restrictions were reduced on Monday, service users at Gables said that they would like to go to the beach together and have ice cream.
