Farm Lodge

58 Farm Road, Rainham, Essex, RM13 9LG

Farm Lodge is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

Farm Lodge is a five bed home with spacious communal areas including three lounges, dining room, kitchen and a separate laundry. There is an enclosed garden with sensory room. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The home is in the town of Rainham, and within walking distance of local amenities. Farm Lodge is easily accessible by both road and rail. Rainham Station is a seven minute drive away.

Ongoing assessment and high staffing levels, based on a minimum ratio of one staff member to two residents, means that we are able to meet the changing needs of residents as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported. Regular review meetings involving the resident, their family and professionals are held to review outcomes, set new goals and re-assess support levels as individuals progress.

The management and staff team have comprehensive training, including all mandatory training and bespoke training specific to the needs of the residents; this includes CIS, safeguarding, food safety, first aid, specialised intervention techniques, autism, mental health, mental capacity and record keeping.
