Tom is a registered nurse with over 8 years’ experience of working within the NHS and private sector. Tom has experience in a variety of settings having worked in forensic services, community crisis team, the adult and elderly services, and general acute inpatient settings.
Tom worked at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green between 2014 and 2016 as an RMN and later as a clinical team leader. Tom then left to work for Priory as a hospital coordinator overseeing 7 wards and leading on bed management.
Tom returned to Cygnet Hospital but this time in Woking where he worked for a few months as a Clinical Team Leader before being recalled back to Godden Green and re-joined the team again. Whilst at Godden Green Tom has held a number of positions from CTL, Head of CAMHS task force, Deputy Ward manager, Ward Manager before being appointed to current post of Clinical Manager.
Davis has worked in mental health services for over 14 years and has experience in both CAMHS and Adult services. Davis initially trained as a finance specialist and with an MBA (Corporate Finance) and BA (Hons)Accountancy. However it was his desire to pursue a career in a field that he not only enjoyed working in but actually felt had a bigger impact on people and society as a whole that led him to begin a career in nursing.
Davis completed his BSc Mental Health Nursing at Greenwich University of and has managed a CAMHS ward, before transferring his skills to the PICU service.
Davis is passionate about meeting new people and making them feel welcome in whatever space they are sharing with him. In his spare time Davis also enjoys playing football and a round of golf.
Becki is a qualified Mental Health Nurse. She has worked in a variety of settings including forensic services, PICU, acute services. Becki started her nursing career within medium secure forensic services before progressing to management in personality disorder and DBT settings.
Becki is passionate about quality improvement and empowering others to fulfil their potential. She believes this creates an environment where staff are able to grow individually and patients are supported and encouraged through their admission to result in a successful recovery.
Viktoriya is a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience of working with wide range of client groups, hospital and community based settings.
She worked in Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for adults and young people for the over 5 years before choosing CAMHS as her preferred area of practice.
Viktoriya’s skills as an OT really help to support young people to achieve success in spite of their challenges with anxiety, depression and negative thoughts and believes. Planning activities so they are achievable is a really important part of what she does.
Viktoriya’s job is busy and demanding with many positives. Seeing a young person smile and talk with excitement about the future fills her heart with joy and pride, motivates her to work tirelessly to promote the value of Occupational Therapy here at Godden Green.
In 2019, Sam joined Cygnet Hospital Godden Green as the Lead Social Worker and Safeguarding Lead. Sam has worked in various settings supporting both adults and children over the past 20 years. She has experience of assisting those affected by mental health, domestic abuse, substance misuse and learning disabilities specialising with those with autism.
Her work history includes working for the local authority within the safeguarding team, education and voluntary sector. Sam continues to enjoy supporting parents of children with learning disabilities/difficulties by offering guidance and information of services available.
Toni originally joined the team at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green in 1996 and started as one of the part time receptionists and after some time had the opportunity to become the Administration Manager full time.
Toni really enjoys her role and has built up a fantastic and supportive team in the Administration Department. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading, swimming and spending time in her garden.
Hayley has worked as the Enquiries & Admissions Coordinator at Godden Green since 2007, initially working closely with our Visiting Consultants around our private mental health service. Over time, our services have changed and her role has adapted to working more closely with our NHS colleagues.
Hayley is responsible for ensuring that all referrals to the service are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner and that the administrative elements of the admissions process are followed appropriately. Hayley also works with colleagues across the Cygnet CAMHS group to help develop and improve services and experience via involvement in CQUINs.
More recently Hayley has also become Parent Liaison Officer which involves acting as a single point of contact for parents and carers throughout a young person’s admission in order to help support communication with our teams.
Lynda has worked as a Housekeeper at Cygnet Godden Green for 18 years, within those 18 years she has undertaken two qualifications; Housekeeping NVQ Level 2 and Team Leader NVQ Level 2. Since 2017 she has been working as the Head Housekeeper. Before joining Cygnet she had worked as a Kitchen Assistant and Domestic Cleaner at an all-girls boarding school for 15 years.
Lynda’s passion for cleaning does not just stop at work. She likes to clean when she is at home. She also likes knowing that when she has completed her job everything is neat and tidy, supporting her team to achieve this outcome.
