Food Focus

Our food is prepared by our two rosette head chef Nick Poole. Nick liaises with our service users on a 3 monthly basis in order to produce a healthy and seasonal menu based on local produce.

Service users are invited to attend the Food Focus groups every 3 months to offer input for the menus and gain clarification on items you are unfamiliar with. A dietician attends these meetings also to ensure all options are balanced. During the meeting, all aspects that go into creating and providing a menu are discussed to give better insight to all service users.

All dietary needs are catered for as long as the catering staff are notified in advance. All service users are given the opportunity to choose their meals weekly working with support staff to ensure they get a healthy, balanced diet.
