Blossom Ward is Cygnet Hospital Bierley’s 15 bed acute mental health service for women. The service will provide a safe and stabilising environment for individuals who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.

Bronte Ward is our 15 bed female low secure service, offering assessment, recovery based treatment and rehabilitation for women who have on-going and challenging mental health problems and may have a dual diagnosis.

Lister Ward is Cygnet Hospital Bierley’s 16 bed acute mental health service for men. The service proivides a safe and stabilising environment for individuals who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.

Shelley Ward is our 16 bed male low secure service, providing recovery based treatment for men whose mental health needs result in continuing and ongoing disturbed or challenging behaviour and who may have a dual diagnosis.
