“Cygnet Cedar Vale needed to improve around their documentation and it appears you have taken on board last CTR recommendations and made real progress in this area. Good documentation viewed electronically, much improved from last CTR. His CPA report, in particular, was very detailed and informative, and this helped with providing a clearer picture of current care needs.”CCG Commissioner
