Good documentation viewed electronically, much improved from last CTR. His CPA report, in particular, was very detailed and informative, and this helped with providing a clearer picture of current care needs.”CCG Commissioner Our facilities: En-suite bedrooms Choice of communal lounges and dining areas Sensory room Large garden On-site day centre Life skills kitchen Our community links: Equine Therapy Gyms and swimming pools Library Shopping Centres Cinema Local cafés and restaurants A short drive away from Nottingham Download the Cygnet Cedar Vale flyer2.71 MB Photo Gallery Please click on the images to enlarge.
