Sherry Packard – Registered Manager

Sherry started working for Cygnet as a Deputy Manager and progressed to Registered Manager within 19 Months. Sherry is the Mental Health first aider and safeguarding lead. Sherry has over 16 years’ Experience in health and social care. Outside of work sherry enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ian Sikabe – Deputy Manager

Ian has over 15 years’ experience in health and social care. Ian started working for Cygnet as team leader and has progressed to Deputy Manager. Ian is also the infection control lead. Ian has a passion for coaching and mentoring staff to support them to achieve their best.

Chaseways’ QI Success

Sherry Packard, Unit Manager, and the team at Chaseways have recently completed their first quality improvement (QI) project, achieving fantastic results. Chaseways are the first official Social Care team within Cygnet to embark on a QI project using our Cygnet QI framework from start to finish, implemented at our launch in October 2021.
