Chaseways is an enhanced community residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with moderate / severe learning disability, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

Chaseways is a six bed home consisting of three, two bed apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, two lounges and an enclosed garden. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a sensory/games room located in the garden of one apartment.

The home is in the small residential town of Sawbridgeworth, within walking distance of local amenities. Chaseways is easily accessible by both road and rail. Sawbridgeworth Station is an eight minute drive away.

On-going assessment and high staffing levels of a minimum ratio of one staff member to two service users, means that we can meet the changing needs of service users as they progress through their care pathway.

Regular review meetings involving the service user, their family and professionals are held to review outcomes, set new goals and re-assess support levels as people progress.

The management and staff team have comprehensive training, including all mandatory training and bespoke training specific to the needs of the residents. This includes CIS, Safeguarding, food safety, first aid, MAPA, mental health, mental capacity and record keeping.

Our services are dedicated and structured to ensure that each person enjoys the same right to a happy and fulfilled life regardless of their level of support.
