Thistle House’s herb garden
Residents at Thistle House in Dundee have been making the most of the sunshine and created a fruit, vegetable and herb garden. Together, the staff and residents have planted a variety of ingredients including oregano, chives and mint. In the fruit patch they have planted strawberries and raspberries. They’ve also added a new seating area to enjoy relaxing in the garden.
We can’t wait to hear about the tasty meals made with the freshly picked ingredients!
