The Living Eggs project at Summit School welcomes 10 chicks!

At the Summit School, based at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital, the young people and staff have been tracking the progress of 10 eggs as part of the Living Eggs project. This week all 10 eggs hatched and they now have 6 male and 4 females to look after.

They have safely marked the chicks with washable, non-toxic felt tips to allow the young people to name and record the growth of their chicks over their time at Summit School.

It’s safe to say the young people and staff have fallen in love!
