Swan éclairs at Cygnet Newham House

The talented catering team at Cygnet Newham House created a fabulous Christmas lunch this week, complete with these amazing Cygnet éclair swans for dessert.

The artistic éclairs were delicately created by the onsite team, Wendy and Sheila, who cook up delicious meals every day for staff and service users at Cygnet Newham House.

The catering team will be serving up more, three-course homely Christmas dinners for visitors, service users and staff over the festive period and we are hugely grateful for their hard work in making each meal so special. Thank you!
