Staff Retention Day at Cygnet Hospital Woking
Cygnet Hospital Woking held their first staff retention day, they are planning to celebrate annually to thank all of their staff team and to showcase the benefits of working at Woking as a permanent staff member. Representatives were available from Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Freedom To Speak Up, Learning and Development, The Multicultural Network, TRiM / StRaW and the Director of Nursing was also available for questions.
