Spa Day at Cygnet Raglan House
As a treat, staff at Cygnet Raglan House thought everyone deserved to be pampered, so a spa day was organised. Treatment stations were set up around the hospital, and both staff and service users provided hand massages and facials upstairs. Downstairs was turned into a beauty salon where the ladies could have their hair washed and styled and their nails painted with a colour of their choice.
Service users were each given a coupon to get ticked off when a treatment was completed. A snack bar was laid out downstairs providing healthy snacks such as fruit, yogurt and cereal bars as well as a few more indulgent snacks such as flapjacks, popcorn and French Fancies. Everyone enjoyed the day, feeling more relaxed and revitalised afterwards.
