Scout visit at Ranaich House

Residents at Ranaich house, Dunblane, recently had a visit from the local Scouts bringing flowers and a lovely card. The Scouts said hello to all the residents and personally thanked the staff for all their hard work and dedication to the service and also the community during the Covid pandemic.

All the staff on shift really appreciated this gesture and the residents enjoyed a socially distanced chat, the Scouts asked the residents how they had felt during the lockdowns and the residents spoke about how they had felt sad at times as they could not do the activities that they enjoyed. The scouts also explained how they had felt and how they were so glad to be able to come and just say hello to us all. The Scout leader thanked us for spending time chatting to them and we all agreed that the experience for residents and Scouts had been very positive.
