Opening of new Physical Health Clinic at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone
On 27th April the team at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone held an opening ceremony for the hospital’s new Physical Health Clinic. There was an opening speech by Barry Swire, Operations Director and the ribbon was cut by hospital manager Simba Kaseke. Service users and heads of department were all invited to the ceremony.
The clinic will be shared by Physical Health Lead Nurse Consilia Khumalo and registered dietitian Martyna Beloviene. Service users will be able to use the clinic for ECG scans, phlebotomy or visiting GP’s appointments. Dietary consultations will also be delivered in the new clinic.
