Model of Care inspired bake sale at East Hampton Ward
East Hampton Ward at Cygnet Hospital Bury organised a Macmillan Cancer Support bake sale & Model of Care event which was a great success!
On the day, staff and service users got involved in baking cakes and desserts to sell to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. We also created a stand on the ward to sell our cakes.
Some of our cakes were made with the theme of the Model of Care in mind, using the colours of the Secure Services Model of Care, which made for some creative baking!
This was then followed by a Model of Care quiz, where service users got the opportunity to win prizes for participating.
Overall the event was a great success and East Hampton Ward at Cygnet Bury raised £56 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
