Lots of Mental Health Awareness Week activities at Cygnet Aspen House
Service users and staff at Cygnet Aspen House have had a jam packed programme this week to explore and embrace nature in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week. Activities have included a visit to Wentworth Gardens & Farm animals, stone painting & creative discussions, litter picking at New Miller Dam, voluntary dog walking, gardening and maintenance at the House, meat free Friday, lake walks, bird watching and a Whodunnit’ mystery game!
