Kes Davis, a Cygnet Hero at Maidstone
Cygnet Hospital Maidstone’s Psychology team wanted to show their appreciation of their Addictions Counsellor Kes Davis, who through his kindness and compassion has done so much for others since the pandemic hit.
Kes made Full Face masks in his own time and donated these to the wards. He then organised an auction for charity where he encouraged members of staff to donate items they no longer wanted. With help from OT, he then made a catalogue and had Maidstone’s first auction, raising £430. And if that wasn’t enough, he also drew this recovery tree for one of the wards in the hospital.
