Induction Week at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital
This week we have welcomed 30 new staff to Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital, our new new state-of-the-art Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) hospital in Coventry. They were welcomed with a goody bag which included their induction book, lanyard notebook, pen and a Mermaid Ward survival kit! During their induction the new starters enjoyed a CAMHS day which included a talk from a family perspective by an Expert by Experience, a presentation on the Cygnet Values and clinical presentations from our MDT. Feedback from the new starters has been really positive!
