It is a week long event that aims to increase people’s understanding of mental health with specific focuses every year on a particular theme. The theme for 2016 is relationships. As part of the run up to Mental Health Awareness Week, Cygnet’s hospitals in West Yorkshire will be hosting a free Mental Health Awareness Workshop on relationships.
