From Monday 16th May it is Mental Health Awareness Week. It is a week long event that aims to increase people’s understanding of mental health with specific focuses every year on a particular theme. The theme for 2016 is relationships.

As part of the run up to Mental Health Awareness Week, Cygnet’s hospitals in West Yorkshire will be hosting a free Mental Health Awareness Workshop on relationships. Speakers will include service users, carers as well as guest speaker Ian Callaghan, Recovery & Outcomes Manager for mental health charity, Rethink.
