INPA is an alliance of providers, who joined together to form a strong voice in the sector, ensuring that neurorehabilitation is delivered in quality environments, by trained and experienced staff in a caring way to assist the rehabilitation process.

National Autistic Society’s Autism Accreditation

The National Autistic Society’s Autism Accreditation is an internationally-recognised process of support and development for all those providing services to people with autism. It provides a structured framework and advisory support in order for the provision to reflect on its current practice and continue to develop in line with the latest thinking around working with people with autism.

Accreditation for AIMS Rehab

AIMS is a national project that works with staff, service users and carers to improve the quality of in-patient mental health rehabilitation services. Amongst other things the AIMS peer review team assess standards of care, current facilities, standards of documentation and health records, environmental facilities, and staff training qualifications, support and supervision.

Accreditation for Inpatient Mental Health Services (AIMS)

AIMS is a quality improvement and accreditation network for acute inpatient services for working-age adults. Through a comprehensive process of review, AIMS recognises good practice and high-quality care whilst supporting services to identify and address areas for improvement.

Quality Network for Inpatient Learning Disability Services (QNLD)

The Royal College of Psychiatrists’ QNLD is a standards-based quality network that facilitates the sharing of best practice within learning disability services, based on external peer review. The specialist standards are developed in consultation with accredited services and incorporate national requirements and recommendations.

Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services (QNFMHS)

The Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services (QNFMHS) is a quality improvement network for low and medium secure inpatient forensic mental health services in the UK. It is a national project developed to ensure best practice is being achieved in low and medium secure services.

Quality Network for Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (QNPICU)

The Quality Network for Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (QNPICU) is a quality improvement network for psychiatric intensive care services in the UK. QNPICU adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to quality improvement, with a key component of their work being the sharing of best practice through the facilitation of peer-review visits.

STAR Wards

Star Wards supports a programme of improving service user and staff experience in mental health inpatient service settings via a list of 75 items, including service users being involved in staff recruitment and peer support events.
