Our comprehensive range of evidence-based therapies is designed to help with the vast majority of emotional and psychological problems, while counselling can also help in many different ways. Our aim is to help individuals and their families gain the skills and understand the strategies required to recover from past experiences or to change behaviour that affects their daily lives.

We provide help and support for many emotional and psychological issues, including concerns such as stress management, developing self esteem or coping with bereavement.
Therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy and Psychotherapy can be particularly useful if you are suffering from mild to moderate depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and addictive behaviour. Following an initial assessment, we will design a rounded programme of treatment designed specifically to meet your needs.
This may mean hospital-based treatment, but with the least possible interruption to your work, home and family life. It's a safe environment where we can help you deal with difficult issues in complete confidentiality. You will have outpatient appointments with qualified clinicians as well as access to our extensive day care therapy programme, as an alternative to inpatient treatment, or as a stepping stone between inpatient and outpatient care.
Many of our therapy services do not need a medical referral, but if another treatment is more appropriate, we will discuss this with you.
You may fund your own treatment or take advantage of valid insurance cover. We offer fee structures tailored to your requirements.
