Our Outreach Service support's children in their own homes and the community. Outreach works to the same principles of Supported Living, developing the individual's daily living skills and promoting independence, supporting each individual to work towards their goals. Transition is always an important part of any child and young person's development, but particularly so for children and young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, who may find changes of any sort very difficult to deal with. It is therefore essential that any transition planning is holistic, person centered, tailored exclusively toward the individual and time-scaled to ensure optimised outcomes.
Our Springs Community and Cygnet Springside service fully recognise the importance of comprehensive transition planning; to that end we provide the support, skills and facilities within innovative and specialised autism services to meet personal aspirations and to achieve the very best possible outcomes for service users and their families.

Springside displays an excellent knowledge of autism ... We feel very confident in the service that they are offering.
