Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention
The Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) programme is an NHS programme the aim of which is to ensure that all money spent is used to bring maximum benefit and quality of care to service users. One of the main tenets of the QIPP programme is that quality cannot be delivered through top down targets but by focusing on outcomes and giving real power to service users.
