Early Intervention

Early intervention means picking up the early signs of a serious mental illness. This is so that treatment can start as early as possible to prevent you becoming more unwell and to help you to maintain your mental health.

Eating Disorder

People who have an eating disorder find their lives become centred upon food. Most commonly affecting women, examples of eating disorders include anorexia nervosa, bulimia and binge eating.
