Cygnet Central Call Centre is a one-stop service that quickly locates available beds in Cygnet Health Care hospitals for patients of NHS purchasers, individual consultants and GPs.
Cygnet Central staff aim to make life easier for busy health professionals and managers by sourcing beds within Cygnet nationally. Bed availability is updated at least twice daily to constantly provide an accurate picture of the changing admission and discharge situation.
