Information for Visitors
Visits to patients are welcomed and encouraged and their support for the treatment programme is greatly appreciated.
In general the clinic has no firm restrictions on visiting times but the following should be noted:
- Visiting hours are 10am to 8pm but it is advisable to telephone the unit before visiting, in case the patient is having treatment during these hours.
- No children under the age of 18 will be allowed to visit on the wards under any circumstances. Family visits involving children (under 18) will take place in the group rooms provided on the wards.
Visitors are not allowed in the patient’s bedroom.

Bakerloo Line - Kenton Station:
20 minutes to Baker Street
Metropolitan Line - Northwick Park Station:
20 minutes to Baker Street
By train to Marylebone station (20 minutes)
Cygnet Lodge Westlands is a short walk (5 minutes) from either station.
By bus
Buses: 114, 183, 223, H9, H10 and H18 stop on Kenton Road near Cygnet Lodge Westlands.
