Cygnet Hospital Ealing is a unique 28 bed hospital offering treatment for Eating Disorders as well as providing an award-winning* Borderline Personality Disorders service.

Cygnet Hospital is located in a leafy residential area of Ealing, West London, with excellent links to the M25, and central London. The hospital building was once a house and the homely feel remains through the welcoming and friendly staff who ensure a very pleasant and positive therapeutic environment. The building has 2 lounges for each service, a large out-patient service, rooms with en-suite facilities, CPA suite, large community room, art & OT suite and a fully equipped relaxation sensory suite. Outside we have a sun-terrace and garden.

Our professional and caring staff team make the hospital a cheerful and happy non-institutional environment, supporting individuals to focus their energy in assisting recovery, restoration and personal transformation. Our open and friendly approach is supported by our high commitment to working with patient centred care, which involves the individual and patient community with all aspects of the hospital.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes:
- Specialist Consultant Psychiatrists and medical team
- Experienced consistent nursing team including dual-qualified nurses
- Psychodynamic, family, occupational, art, drama and complementary therapists (including yoga and massage therapists)

Making a Referral

Discharge
We will hold regular care planning meetings and case reviews in line with the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
After discharge, contact will be maintained with the client's community mental health care team to offer ongoing support and advice.
