Opening this spring Cygnet Hospital Derby will provide a high level of support and therapy, in a low secure setting, to enable patients to reach and maintain their highest level of functioning.

Facilities
The accommodation is purpose-built and offers single en suite rooms throughout. Therapy and leisure facilities, including a fully equipped gym, excercise & fitness room as well as an IT classroom, contribute to a comprehensive package of care.
The Team
A dedicated multi-disciplinary team will plan the patient's care with them and also agree an inclusive programme with realistic targets and goals. Regular reviews will then take place within the framework of the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
