Making a Referral
We take referrals for intensive care and acute services by telephone consultation, 24-hours a day and make a prompt decision on admission to ensure the patient receives treatment as quickly as possible.
Referrals for low secure and personality disorder services can be made by letter with a current risk assessment and a recent Care Programme Approach (CPA) report to the Clinical Manager who ensures prompt assessment by a senior nurse and a doctor.
