Adolescents
Mental health services are treating more and more young people suffering from psychological and emotional problems. Pressures from family, school, exams and peers, combined with the social need for achievement and success at all costs, create a hazardous environment to a teenager’s well-being.
Our Young Persons Units accept patients from 12-18 years of age, of both sexes suffering from a wide range of acute mental health problems, including addictions and eating disorders.
Our aim is to teach young people how to manage their emotional health and well being more effectively.
