Work-related mental ill health, or 'stress' in the common shorthand, is the major health and safety issue for most employers in the Western world.
We offer treatments to a wide range of individuals suffering from work-related mental illness – both the employee and the employer.
Treatment can be accessed at Cygnet Hospital Harrow or we can provide a service on-site in the workplace if so required.
For individuals
We offer a comprehensive service of assessments and back to work programmes for clients suffering from stress, mental illness and other chronic illnesses.
For the employer
We offer:
- SUPPORT WITH EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES (EAP)
We can assist you with your EAP to promote health and prevent disease and injury through primary, secondary and tertiary programmes
- CORPORATE SUPPORT
Our department can provide a service to employers when employing persons with mental health problems.
