We welcome informal enquiries from friends and family.
You can access our addictions therapy services by self referral, GP referral or referral by one of our psychiatrists.

Individual Sessions
You may want help but may not be able or ready to take time off from work or other commitments to attend inpatient treatment. In these cases, our experienced team of Addiction Counsellors can be seen for individual sessions.
Similarly you can access group therapy sessions as a day or half-day patient.
Gambling Outpatient Programme
Our 8 week outpatient Gambling Programme can help you discover a rewarding way of life, free from compulsive gambling. The programme runs 3 evenings a week + one Saturday every other weekend, over 8 weeks.
Family Support
We recognise that families also need help, support and guidance and we provide a free weekly Family & Friends Group. Weekend Family Workshops are also available and are designed to be both educational and emotionally supportive.
Inpatient care
If you are able to come in for an inpatient stay, you can join our 28 day Addictions Programme at any time.
All rooms are private with en-suite bathrooms, television and telephone. Relaxation is a key element of recovery. You can exercise in the gym, play badminton, walk in our extensive gardens or use our comfortable lounges. Family and friends are encouraged to visit at specified times and our restaurant can cater to all dietary needs.
Aftercare & Ongoing Contact
The foundation of your recovery will be how you maintain abstinence/sobriety. To help with this we provide a weekly support group for one year, which is included in the price of all programmes which are 14 days or more.
