Treatment
Treatment consists of an individualised care plan structured around established therapies such as psychotherapy and counselling together with specialised therapies including:
- Neurolinguistic Programming
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Hypnotherapy/Hypnopsychotherapy
- Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing
The majority of patients are out-patients, either coming in for specific appointments for one-to-one sessions with a Therapist or Counsellor or accessing our Group Therapy Sessions during weekdays on a full day, half day or sessional basis.
If treatment is required as an inpatient, you will receive the highest possible standards of treatment by providing balanced programmes tailored to meet your personal needs.
Referral
Many of these services do not require a medical referral. However, this might be needed should another treatment be more appropriate. This will be discussed where necessary. If you are worried about what to say to your GP or how to say it, we can talk you through what you should say so they understand how you are feeling.
