Relaxation Therapy

People living with high levels of anxiety are often incapable of relaxing and releasing the tension that is contributing to their anxiety. It is, therefore, very important to learn how to relax if you want to overcome anxiety & panic attacks and phobias. Being able to be relaxed has many benefits including a lower heart rate, lower blood pressure and better oxygen consumption.
