Private Psychotherapy Treatment

Private psychotherapy can be provided to individuals as well as children, couples, families and groups. The psychotherapist will work with the patient/s to identify and explore difficult and often painful feelings and experiences, including feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, or perhaps the loss of meaning of ones life. Psychotherapy seeks to help the person gain an increased capacity for choice, through which the individual becomes more autonomous and self determined.

There are different types of psychotherapy such as Integrative Psychotherapy (a long-term treatment which helps conditions such as depression, anxiety, attachment issues and gender/sexuality issues) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (helping conditions such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and intra/inter-personal relationship difficulties).
