We provide treatment in a low secure environment for men and women needing longer-term rehabilitation. We also look after men who need psychiatric intensive care.

In addition to our onsite services, we work closely with Cygnet Lodge Brighouse, our community intensive rehabilitation unit.
Facilities and care
We provide client-centred care of the highest quality and start planning for discharge from the point of admission. We hold regular care planning meetings and case reviews in line with the Care Plan Approach (CPA). We transfer some service users back to their local NHS hospital, if a bed becomes available. Others remain with us until we can discharge them home, with appropriate levels of local follow-up and support.
The extensive therapy programme is run by four consultants supported by three speciality doctors providing round the clock cover.
Our accommodation is purpose-built in pleasant surroundings and offers single en-suite rooms throughout. Therapy and leisure facilities contribute to a comprehensive package of care.
