All service users, wherever their rooms, have access to the wide range of facilities available in the shared areas of Hollands House - providing leisure, recreational, therapeutic and vocational opportunities. In addition, the grounds contain a tennis court and an astro-turf football pitch. The grounds also have their own private access to the beach.
