Accommodation
The accommodations at The Springs Community are of the highest order. We have six different settings available, depending upon individual need and their ability to cope with or develop varying degrees of independent living.
All service users have their own single en-suite room that others may enter by invitation only. The exceptions are entry for the purposes of an emergency, cleaning, maintenance or as part of the service users' agreed care and support plan.
Service users' rooms are their private space and we encourage them to personalise the room to suit their needs and promote their level of independence.
Hollands House
Hollands House has twelve en-suite rooms on the first floor of the main building.
These rooms are the closest to The Springs facilities and have the highest concentration of staffing. This makes them ideal for service users with high care needs or high social support needs.

Fernleys Young Persons Annexe
Fernleys Young Persons Annexe consists of five en-suite rooms attached to the main building. These rooms are reserved for individuals aged 16 to 25 years. There is a large get-together room in the annexe to
help facilitate social interaction. For many working on their social skills with people of a similar age this makes the annexe ideal for our respite services.

Monteith Villas
Monteith Villas is a stand alone terrace of four individual units.
Each has its own entrance, with a combined living/dining/kitchen area and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the first floor.
These individual units offer the opportunity for 'semi-independent living'; providing a great stepping stone between full-time residential care and support in the wider community. In particular enabling the service user to develop the skills needed in the wider community whilst still benefiting from the support and expertise of the Springs Community team.
The progress of service users in Monteith Villas is constantly monitored, with the aim of moving them forward into supported living, when they have attained a sufficient level of daily living skills that will enable this transition to be successful.

Winifred House
Winifred House is a purpose built, stand alone house within the main grounds of The Springs Community.
It features four en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, study and a staff office and sleepover room.
Winifred House provides our female only accommodation where service users are encouraged to collaboratively take on as much of the responsibilty for it's day to day running as possible.

Coastways
Coastways is a stand alone house with two en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, lounge, conservatory and staff sleepover room.
It is situated immediately on the other side of the home's boundary wall with emergency alarms situated throughout the house linked to the main home providing an immediate response from staff.
This unique location allows us to provide a highly versatile and highly personalised care package to meet the needs and goals of the individual. We invite commissioners, care co-ordinators and social workers to enquire as to how we are able to meet their specific requirements. It could be for example a short term placement for an individual requiring a specific level of care. Or alternatively an individual close to moving on to supported living who requires a three month intensive package of support in a specific area to enable a successful move into supported living.

The Willows
The Willows is a house in the centre of the local village of St Mary's Bay. It has two large en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, dining room, toilet and a staff sleepover bedroom.
It is suitable for two high functioning individuals who have, or can be helped to develop, a high degree of independent living skills.
The Willows is an eight minute walk from the main building and has access to all the services and facilities there including, if needed, twenty four hour a day staffing.
